These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Deploy Agentic websites, software, services, and products (including app and agent deployments).

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

1. Services

Deploy Agentic designs, develops, and supports AI software, automations, and agent-enabled solutions. Specific service scope, fees, and deliverables may be set in separate customer agreements, statements of work, or order forms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. You are responsible for actions taken through your account, including activities by authorized users.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not use the services for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive conduct.
Do not attempt unauthorized access, data scraping beyond permission, or interference with systems.
Do not transmit content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or applicable telecom laws.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise in a written agreement, Deploy Agentic and its licensors retain all rights in the services, software, and site content. You retain ownership of your input data and business content, subject to rights needed for us to deliver the services.

5. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party providers (for example hosting, analytics, communications, and messaging providers). Their services are governed by their own terms and policies.

6. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except as expressly stated in a written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Deploy Agentic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Deploy Agentic from claims arising from your misuse of services, violation of law, or violation of these Terms.

9. Global Compliance

We serve customers in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Canada, the Philippines, and Europe. You are responsible for using the services in compliance with laws applicable to your operations, including privacy, telecom, marketing, and consumer protection laws.

10. SMS Messaging Terms (A2P/10DLC Ready)

These SMS terms apply to Deploy Agentic-built app and agent messaging features where text messaging is enabled.

Program name: Deploy Agentic App and Agent Messaging Program.
Program description: transactional and operational text messages related to account access, workflow status, alerts, reminders, and support updates for apps and agents we build or operate.
Opt-in method: users opt in directly inside the applicable app or agent experience (for example at first sign-in or by enabling messaging preferences). Consent is campaign/use-case specific and not transferred across unrelated programs.
Message frequency: message frequency varies based on user activity and service configuration.
Fees: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to cancel at any time.
Help: Reply HELP for help.
Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
