3. SMS and Mobile Consent Data

For SMS-capable app or agent products, consent is collected inside the relevant app or agent experience (for example during first sign-in or explicit messaging setup), not through general website browsing.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, except vendors required to deliver messaging services (for example, telecom or platform providers acting on our behalf).
